Throughout January 2014, Volkswagen is offering a limited-edition Cup on 4 models in its range, including the Golf.
On the menu: large over-equipment for a minimal extra cost (+740 €) compared to the Comfortline finish on which the Cup is based.
Thus, compared to a standard Golf Confortline, you will find the following additional equipment:
- 16″ light alloy wheels
- the panoramic sunroof
- dual-zone Climatronic air conditioning
- tinted rear windows and a rear window
- the automatic interior mirror for the day/night function
- front parking assistance
- rear parking assistance
- Bluetooth function
- automatic switching on of lights with light sensor
- automatic windscreen wipers with rain sensor
The Golf Cup range starts at €22,370 with a 3-door version equipped with a 1.2L TSI 105hp with manual gearbox. But the 3 and 5-door versions are concerned, as well as the 1.4L TSI 140, 1.6L TDI 90, 1.6L TDI 105 and 2.0L TDI 150 engines. Similarly, there is often a choice between manual gearbox and DSG gearbox. However, you can even access the 4Motion version. In the end, the most expensive version of the Golf Cup costs €30,610 (i.e. a 5-door Golf Cup 2.0L TDI 150 with 4Motion transmission).
