The scorpion manufacturer took advantage of the Abarth Days organized this weekend at the Milan Innovation District (MIND), to present its special edition Abarth 695 70th Anniversario developed in honour of the 70th anniversary of the creation of Abarth & C. by Carlo Abarth. This special Abarth 695 70th Anniversario editions is distinguished first of all by the presence of the "Spoiler ad Assetto Variabile", its adjustable spoiler (12 positions from 0 to 60 degrees) to offer performance and stability (42 kg of support at 200 km /h with the spoiler turned at 60°) to the Italian sports car. This Abarth 695 70th Anniversario is then also recognizable by its "Monza 1958 green" livery, reminiscent of that of the Abarth 500, which set no less than six speed records on the Monza track, with specific "Campovolo grey" colour finishes for certain bodywork elements (including its "Spoiler ad Assetto Variabile"), as well as decorations (the scorpion emblem, checkered patterns....) and 17-inch SuperSport wheels (housing red brake calipers provided by Brembo). Four other deliveries will also be offered to its future buyers (Circuit Grey, Gara White, Scorpione Black and Podium Blue), who will benefit from a cabin equipped with "Sabelt Tricolore" seats exclusive to this model. The Abarth 695 70th Anniversario, powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged block of 180 hp and 250 Nm, will propel it at 223 km/h in peak speed (6.7 seconds to reach 0 to 100 km/h), will be produced in only 1,949 units, charged €32,990. Abarth continues on the series of limited versions and new finishes of the 695. This time, it's to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the preparatory, with a variant produced in 1949 units and equipped with the most powerful of the four cylinders, with 180 hp. However, the price is high: from €32,990. Abarth has released a new special edition of his little 500 hormone force-feed, and this time it's for a very special anniversary: the 70th anniversary of Abarth's foundation. The scorpion trainer therefore logically chose to limit the production of this 695 70th Anniversario to 1949 copies, the year Abarth was created. The car is generously equipped with the specific Monza Record exhaust, but also a numbered plate, oversized Brembo ventilated brakes (305 front, 240 rear), 17-inch wheels, Sabelt "Tricolor" seats (specially developed for this Abarth), but also the Abarth telemetry on board, or Android Auto/Apple CarPlay on the 7-inch screen.
